We were able to obtain a partial roll of translucent light gray window film--the type that sign makers use to create "etched" or "frosted" designs on windows and doors. Advanced Art students created a design, transferred it to the film, and applied the film to a vase. They used x-acto knives to enhance their designs.
The rounded surfaces of the vases proved rather difficult to work with, but the results were beautiful!
